The reduction, however, will not be drastic, explained Ganev. Reason for the upcoming fall is reported in the last 4-5 years a significant increase in the prices of properties, the number of loans to real estate, and an ever-larger amounts that users download.
The value of properties in the country will not increase everywhere, but as a whole in 2008 is expected to increase about 15 percent. In 2007 the prices of properties have increased by about 30-35 percent.
