Go-Ahead for Residential Park Sofia |
The construction of a new residential complex in the Bulgarian capital, Residential Park Sofia, was given the start on Thursday, the investor Lindner Holding announced.
Residential Park Sofia is located in the southern part of Sofia at the foot of Vitosha mountain. It covers an area of 235 000 sq.m., 115 000 sq.m. of total built-up area and includes more than 900 living units.
The planned community is part of Sofia Park, which also includes sofia.html">Business Park Sofia, Alfa Center and Forum Sofia.
Plans are for building and managing a number of facilities, including residential services center, community center and sports facilities.
As its name shows, the basic concept is that the community enjoys both residential area and park environment. |
