Sofia co invests in hotel complex near Chernomorets |
Sofia-based Tsarski Zalivi company said it has broken ground for a 15 mln lev hotel complex between the village of Chernomorets and the city of Sozopol, on the Black Sea. The Costa Bulgara complex will be located 150 m from the shoreline on a footprint of 11,500 sq m. It will deliver around 200 one- and two-room apartments and studios. The average price of the housing units is seen at 1,500 euro/sq m. |
