Sea Tourism Forms 75% of Bulgarian Tourism Revenues |
Bulgaria is currently developing mainly its sea tourism, which has formed some 75% of the country’s last summer tourism revenues.
The Chairman of the Economic and Social Council Lalko Dulevski broke the news at a press conference "Social and economic problems of Bulgaria’s culture tourism." Dulevski also underlined that Bulgaria should further develop its culture and history tourism.
One of the most serious problems for Bulgaria’s tourism sector is the lack of qualified personnel, the participants in the conference agreed.
The poor infrastructure was also pinpointed as a major drawback for the tourism development.
